How D-iQ works
D-iQ analyzes your business data and surfaces the answers that matter — where you're losing money, which customers cost you more than they pay, what your operations look like when you stop relying on what feels true.
We don't sell dashboards you have to learn. We don't sell query tools. We sell answers, in plain English, on the questions a business owner actually asks.
What you connect
You decide how much of your business we see. Three options based on how much data you share with us:
Upload your data.
Export from your existing system — your CRM, your accounting software, your project management tool — and upload to D-iQ on a schedule you control. Best if you want to evaluate what we do before integrating more deeply.
Send us your data automatically.
Set up a one-way feed from your system to D-iQ. Your tools push the data; we never log in to your systems. Daily refresh, hands-off after setup.
Read-only database access.
You create a read-only user in your production database. D-iQ uses it to pull data directly, in real time. We can never write, change, or delete anything — only read. This is the deepest integration and the fastest path to live analytics. Premium tier.
What we do with it
Your data lives in your own tenant on our system. Nobody else's data touches it. Nobody else sees yours.

What you control
Who logs in. You grant access to specific people on your team. We don't have back-door access to your dashboard.
What we keep. Cancel your subscription and your data is deleted within 30 days. No lock-in, no proprietary formats.
What we never do:
- We never sell your data
- We never use your data to train AI models
- We never combine your data with another customer's
- We never let our staff browse your data casually — every query is logged
- We never contact you outside service notifications and your scheduled reports
Confidentiality
All client engagements are protected under mutual NDA. We don't publish customer names, customer data, or specific results without explicit written permission. The same protection applies to you: when prospective customers ask us who we work with, we don't tell them.
Your customers' privacy is also yours to control. You can send us a slice — sales data only, or operations only. You can send data with customer names removed or financial figures obscured. D-iQ analyzes patterns; it doesn't need identities.
Infrastructure you can trust
D-iQ runs on Claude, the AI platform from Anthropic — trusted by Fortune 500 enterprises through partnerships with Accenture, Deloitte, BCG, and Cognizant, and used by firms across financial services including JPMorgan and Goldman Sachs. Anthropic's infrastructure is backed by AWS, Google Cloud, Microsoft, and NVIDIA.
Your data lives on SOC 2 Type 2 compliant infrastructure: Netlify for hosting, Neon for our database, both built on AWS.
D-iQ is not yet directly SOC 2 audited; our compliance posture is inherited from our infrastructure providers. Direct audit is planned as we scale.
Who D-iQ is for
D-iQ works best for businesses that:
- Already keep digital records (CRM, accounting software, project management tools)
- Have at least 12 months of operational data
- Are willing to act on uncomfortable findings — underpriced jobs, customers who don't actually pay back the cost to serve them, vendors who've been quietly creeping prices
